Tax
Because our store is located in the Commonwealth, we are required to collect sales tax of 5% for all orders shipped to Virginia.
Shipping
We ship orders within the continental US via UPS Ground. Orders of $75 or more (before taxes) automatically ship for free – no coupon code required. All other orders ship for a flat fee of $8. During the check out process, you also will have an opportunity to choose an expedited shipping method, UPS Next Day Air, for $25. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for shipping options before placing your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you live near our boutique in Alexandria, VA, you also may elect “free local pickup” to pick up your order in store at your own convenience.
TREAT Gift Cards always ship for free.
We make every effort to ship items within 2 business days of receiving an order. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Return Policy
Most items purchased online may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt for store credit only. However, clearance items which are marked “FINAL SALE” on the web site may not be returned for any reason due to the deeply discounted pricing. NuBra products are also Final Sale.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items that do not meet this criteria.
Store credit in the amount of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be issued for any returns. Sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded or included in store credit. If you live near our retail location in Alexandria, VA, you may elect the store credit to be in the form of a gift card that is redeemable in store only. Otherwise, all returns will be processed as store credit in the form of a customized coupon code redeemable online only.
