Shipping

$5.00 Flat Fee Shipping via USPS Priority Mail - Most orders arrive within one week, or 3-4 business days after shipment.

We ship orders within the continental US via USPS Monday through Friday. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for shipping options before placing your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We make every effort to ship items within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will typically ship out Monday. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot ship internationally at this time. 
 

Return Policy

Sale items discounted 60% off or more from the original retail price are Final Sale and are not eligible for return. All other items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund. 


How to Return an Item

 

1.  Pack item and note return on packing slip.

Please ensure that the tags are still attached and each item is in its original, new, unworn condition. Carefully pack item(s), preferably in original packing material.

Please circle the item(s) you wish to return on your packing slip, note on the bottom of the slip the reason for return, and include this form in the box.

2.  Ship item.

Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions shipped with your order, using any insured service you select.

3.   Receive your refund.

Once we receive your return, a refund in the amount of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be issued to your credit card. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days to process credit card refunds.

**NOTE:  Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and must be received within 30 days of your original order date. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items that do not meet this criteria.**

We use SSL technology, the industry standard in secure transactions. SSL technology encrypts information and sends it to a secure server to ensure that your information is transmitted safely over the Internet.

To confirm the security of your connection during the checkout process, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL technology is active.

When you place an order from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so that we may process and ship your order and we share your information with third parties which are necessary to fulfill your orders. After processing your order, we maintain your contact information to alert you of future events and sales, but we do not maintain any credit card information beyond the last four digits of the card used.
